Our Coconut Coffee (Cà Phê Dừa) combines strong Robusta espresso with creamy coconut cream and condensed milk—a refreshing choice for Hoi An’s tropical climate.
The Recipe: Simple Ingredients, Careful Balance
Ingredients (Serves 1):
- 1 shot Phin Lab Robusta espresso (freshly brewed)
- 40ml coconut cream (pure, from Ben Tre province)
- 40ml condensed milk (thick and sweet)
- 1 tbsp frappe powder (FR33) (for smooth texture)
- Ice
Steps:
- Blend: Combine coconut cream, condensed milk, frappe powder, and ice in a blender. Mix for 2–3 minutes until smooth.
- Layer: Pour half the espresso into a glass, add the coconut mixture, then top with the remaining espresso.
- Serve: Enjoy immediately, stirred or layered.
