The Recipe: Phin’s Signature Zesty Lime Cold Brew

Makes 1 serving
Ingredients:

  • 100ml cold brew (see brewing guide below)
  • 10ml sugar syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 20ml fresh lime juice (or substitute pineapple, orange, or lemon juice)
  • Ice
  • Lime wedge or mint sprig for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Add cold brew, sugar syrup, and lime juice.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker or jar with ice
  3. Shake for 15–20 seconds until well-chilled.
  4. Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Garnish and enjoy!
