At Phin Lab Roastery, we roast small batches to spotlight Vietnam’s coffee diversity—from bold Robusta to honeyed Arabica. Each bag is a journey through soil, altitude, and craft.
Origin: K’ho Village, Lac Duong, Lam Dong
Altitude: 1500–1600 masl
Process: Washed | Roast: Light
Tastes Like: Bright acidity, honeyed sweetness, and a silky body. Think citrus zest meets jasmine tea, with a finish that lingers like a lazy Hoi An afternoon.
Story: Grown by the K’ho ethnic community, these beans carry the crisp air of the Central Highlands.
Origin: Cau Dat, Da Lat
Altitude: 1400–1500 masl
Process: Washed | Roast: Medium
Tastes Like: Brown sugar sweetness, milk chocolate roundness, and a whisper of dried apricot. Balanced, mellow, and very sippable.
Story: High-altitude elegance from Vietnam’s “City of Eternal Spring.”
Origin: Lam Dong Province
Altitude: 800–1000 masl
Process: Honey | Roast: Medium
Tastes Like: Dark chocolate melted into brown sugar, with a bold, earthy punch. Low acidity, strong body—like your favorite street-side cà phê sữa đá, but smoother.
Story: Honey processing adds a caramel hug to Robusta’s notorious intensity.
Combo: 30% Honey Robusta (bold) + 70% Washed Arabica (smooth)
Roast: Medium
