Welcome to Phin Coffee – Breakfast & Brunch, our newest spot! Our story started in 2017 when we opened our first shop as one of Hoi An’s first specialty coffee places. We brought amazing coffee culture to this beautiful old town. Now, eight years later, we’re sharing that same love for great coffee at our breakfast and brunch place.
We work together with HoiAnCyclingTour, making us the perfect place to start your Hoi An trip. Getting ready for a bike ride through rice fields and villages? Need good coffee before walking around the Old Quarter? We’ve got what you need.
We’re open 8am to 3pm every day. We make excellent Vietnamese coffee and serve tasty breakfast dishes from around the world, plus local favorites. Our menu brings together the best of both – we respect Hoi An’s food traditions while also serving international breakfast foods people love.
We’re more than just a coffee shop. This is where morning energy meets adventure fun. Cyclists, travelers, and locals all come together here over hot coffee and fresh food. Your first coffee of the day starts amazing experiences.
Begin your Hoi An adventure with us – same love for coffee, new spot, endless fun ahead.
COFFEE
Every cup starts at our Phin Lab Roastery.
We roast small batches in-house to honor Vietnam’s coffee diversity—bold Robusta, citrus Arabica, and everything in between.
For this location, we craft a special house blend: 70% Arabica / 30% Robusta, the perfect balance for your cup.
Oat milk is also available for your preference.

SMOKED DUCK NOODLE
The story of Pho begins at the end of the 19th century when the first version of Pho, Pho Bo (Beef Pho), was served by local vendors with mobile kitchens around the Old Quarter of Hanoi. The wave of migration to the South by 1945 then created the Southern Pho style, along with various styles of Pho in each province and even in their own kitchens.
Our Smoked Duck Pho, Pho Vit Xong Khoi, is prepared by our young, passionate chefs using traditional cooking methods: slow-cooked duck bones with roasted pineapple, ginger, and onion for a savory duck broth, served with fresh Pho noodles and our delicious smoked duck breast. A perfect bowl of Pho at any time of day!
