This is where we roast the Vietnamese coffee served across our Phin locations, working with beans sourced from coffee-growing regions around Vietnam and developing roast profiles for different brewing styles.
Phin Lab is also where coffee lovers can get closer to the roasting process through our Roaster A Day experience, and where we prepare coffee for our wholesale café, restaurant and hotel partners.

At Phin Lab, we roast Vietnamese coffee selected for different flavours and brewing styles. Our coffees include Arabica from Cầu Đất, Đà Lạt and Robusta from Gia Lai, two important coffee-growing regions of Vietnam.
We develop different roast profiles depending on how the coffee will be used, from Light and Medium to Medium-Dark roasts. This allows us to prepare coffee for different needs — from filter and manual brewing to espresso and traditional Vietnamese phin coffee.
The same approach also allows us to work with our wholesale partners to choose a coffee and roast profile that suits their café, restaurant or hotel.
