A Hands-On Coffee Roasting Experience in Hoi An

Roaster A Day is a hands-on coffee roasting experience in Hoi An that takes you behind the scenes of Vietnamese coffee at our working Phin Lab Roastery.

Alongside our roasting team, you’ll experience two separate roasts — Vietnamese Arabica and Robusta — on our 15kg professional coffee roaster. Learn how we approach each bean differently, follow the changes in aroma and colour during roasting, and discover how the roast influences what you eventually taste in the cup.

After roasting, the experience moves from roaster to brewing table, where you’ll compare the coffees through Phin brewing, prepare cold brew and make one of Phin’s signature Vietnamese coffee drinks.
